Another healthy meal

Spinach salad and tortilla crusted fish.

It actually tastes amazing!!

All you need is spinach, stawberries, cranberries, nuts, fetta cheese and raspberry vinegerette dressing

I bought the fish at costco! super yummy!!

Loved all the emails with good ideas from the last meal! Keep them coming!!

Journey of Healthy Eating

 And now begins the journey of trying to eat better.

So here's to day 1 of trying to find healthy and tasty meals (or maybe I

should say day 1/2 because I didn't eat that great earlier today).

Got a big pile of veggies to start me off!! Corn, peppers, lettuce, tomatos, apples, brussel sprouts...etc

First snack/meal... Asparagus

 4 ingredients

 Montreal steak seasoning, diced garlic, sunflower oil & Asparagus

 Cover asparagus with oil, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.

Cook on low broil for 12 min. Perfect appetizer or snack
