And now begins the journey of trying to eat better.
So here's to day 1 of trying to find healthy and tasty meals (or maybe I
should say day 1/2 because I didn't eat that great earlier today).
Got a big pile of veggies to start me off!! Corn, peppers, lettuce, tomatos, apples, brussel sprouts...etc
First snack/meal... Asparagus
4 ingredients
Montreal steak seasoning, diced garlic, sunflower oil & Asparagus
Cover asparagus with oil, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
Cook on low broil for 12 min. Perfect appetizer or snack
