LOVE

My passion is health and the beauty in things no one thought twice to consider.
So whether I'm redecorating furniture or I'm a piece of a whole in this amazing place we call home! I just hope I can make a difference! However it may be!

Share your thoughts! And if I can share something with you here on this blog!.... Then here's to your health!

After a long and permanent illness/injury that kept me bed bound for more than 3 years one of the top 5 things that allowed me to keep joy was gratitude. Thought i would share with your readers what i learned. If you practice daily, hourly, moment by minute gr s titude for the d mallest things life offers you can run out of time for self pity. It is not easy and takes dedication to master but if you are grateful th as t the water you drink is cold(or fake it til you make it) i believe you create joy in each grateful moment. I also believe the amount of 'things' needed to get joy from life is greatly reduced. No o#ense meant but a concept a lot of humans would adore in themselves if they stick with it and make it to a place of gratitude and grace.
