Dinning room

Alright everyone!!! It's time for another view of how my husbands
bachelor pad was turned into our little country home.
Here is a view of our dinning room.
You can see as a I told you, I waisted no time in fixing up the house!
In the corner on one of the pictures you can see some boxes....
those are our wedding gifts. Didn't even have them unpacked before I was
onto another project. My husband must have seen it coming... I think.

Here are the before pictures!! ( after we hung the new light fixture. The old one was not so great!)

And here are some after pictures!

I love this room!!!
I hope you enjoy!!

My Livingroom!!!!

So, I think I've mentioned a few times how much I love to decorate. Before my husband
and I were married I started to decorate his house. He had to put up with quite a bit as I turned
his plain old bachelor pad into my own art studio!
My husband is the Cutest darn cowboy you've ever seen and even with his boots and spurs
he still hangs his hat at this little country cottage with all of it's frilly & girly stuff!

Over the months I'll show how this little house,
was turned into our home. One room at a time!
Here is a peek at the before and after pictures of our living room

And then of course, to make the home complete..... my oh so amazing 101 Lb
German Shepherd lap dog curled up on the floor. Wouldn't be my country home without him!

With a patient husband, a bit of paint this place has come a long way since the elk butt hanging over the fire place!!!

Would you ever guess that I hand painted the bricks over the fire place and painted the
Tuscan island with the matching overhang?
