Banana muffin tops

HEALTHY muffins anyone? Something quick when you are in a pinch.


Breakfast, snacks or add extra maple syrup and they are an instant dessert

Vegan and gluten free

2 ripe bananas
2 1/2 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
3/4 cup gluten free oats
1/4 cup chocolate chips (white or milk chocolate )
1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt

Mix all the ingredients together.
Bake at 350 for 14- 17 minutes
They are going to come out soft like muffins, but if you cook longer they could come out crispy.
