Catnip herb

I love catnip for the fact that it is such a soft yet effective plant. I've used it for headaches, when I need to destress, to help relax muscles or go to sleep. The best part is that it helps with pain! Its like taking a natural sources of asprin!! Oh and as for its name, you've probably guessed that cats love it! It is especially fun to use it when you harvest it yourself! At my parents home it grows wild, so over our holiday weekend I harvested some to take home.
Put it in teas for a great bedtime routine!
